Who We Are

Houston Gaylords is a referral service. We pass quote requests for gaylord boxes to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and fulfill the work.

What the Form Collects

When you send a quote request, we collect the details you enter:

  • First name, email address, phone number and ZIP or postal code
  • Company and street address, if you provide them
  • The service, quantity and timeframe you select, and your message
  • Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your request

We also receive technical details with the request: your IP address, your browser type, the page you sent the form from, and how you reached the site (such as the referring page, campaign tags and ad click identifiers).

How We Use It

We use these details to handle your request. Requests go to the 1DB lead platform, which delivers them to partner suppliers so they can prepare quotes and contact you. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing.

Text Messages

If you tick the consent box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to send a request.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see how pages are used. Visitors in Europe, and visitors whose browser sends a privacy signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. For other visitors, PostHog may use a first-party cookie or browser storage to recognize a return visit. The quote form may also store campaign details in your browser so they can be sent with your request. The site sets no advertising cookies.

How Long We Keep It

We keep request details for as long as they are needed to handle your request and keep business records. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.

Your Choices

To ask about, correct or delete your details, use the contact form or email [email protected].
